Apparently, Irvine is just one huge ant hill. This was our third time that we have had ants, it's not fun. We even live on the top floor of our apartment complex, but somehow they manage to get into our apartment and come out of the strangest places. Thank goodness they are gone, and hopefully they will not come back!

ewww! I hate ants (they certainly aren't the worse thing, however). If they are coming in through your light socket, they've got to be in your walls, right? They are going to be a nightmare to get rid of. yuck!
oh man. i have had some experience with california and ants.
one time we went there for a family vaca. and we parked our car under and nice tree, and the next morning we were leaving cali and ants covered our car!! inside and out. we spent the whole 6 hours or however many it is, home killing ants all over our bodies. haha. anyway, thought you would like to know that! :)
