I have always had a connection and love for the 1920's, but lately I have become a little obsessed. Maybe I should have been born earlier. The hats, the shoes, the handbags, the jewelry, it is all so amazing. BUT...the drop waist dresses are my favorite. 
One of my favorite movies to watch is "A Little Princess", a movie that I came to love when I was a little girl. The dresses in this movie are so beautiful and so detailed.
Another movie that I love to watch because of the costumes and of course the story, is "The Great Gatsby". The clothes are beautiful, I can't get over them!! I love this style and I want to recreate it in my own clothing designs.

clearly there is something in the water in glendale because Little Princess is one of my all time favorite movies and I am more than obsessed with 1920s-ish fashion! I got the greatest 20's style dress at H&M for $10, but I am sure the clothing you make will be way cuter (and probably better quality haha)
the 1920's was a great era. matt always jokes that i should have been born in the 1940's or 50's.
P90X. that is extreme stuff. good for you guys! i want to do that to back into shape after baby comes. haha.
